1. Delivery times
We ship orders from Spain on Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. If you order after 6 p.m. on Friday or over the weekend, we’ll process it the next Monday.
If the items are in stock, we’ll ship your order the next working day.
Note that during sales, shipping may take longer. Cryptvice can delay shipping if unexpected issues arise.
2. Dispatch tracking
Once your order is on its way, you’ll get an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s site so you can keep an eye on your delivery.
If there’s any holdup with Customs or dispatch, we’ll make sure you hear from the courier or us at Cryptvice.
3. Orders delivery
When your package arrives, take a moment to check it before signing. If you notice any damage, you can refuse the delivery or let the courier know.
If the tape looks tampered with, do the same – refuse it or report it as damaged.
If you accept the delivery without mentioning damage, Cryptvice can’t help with any complaints later. By ordering from Cryptvice, you’re agreeing to take the items as they are.
If there’s a delivery issue due to wrong shipping details (like an incorrect address or if the recipient isn’t available) or if you simply don’t want it anymore, remember that you’ll be responsible for any shipping and customs fees.
We at Cryptvice aren’t liable for any delays caused by the courier or unexpected events like strikes, transport problems, or severe weather. We’ll keep you updated.
We trust that you are satisfied with the products ordered through our website (the “Website”). However, if you are unhappy with any of the products ordered through the Website (the “Products”), or if you change your mind, you may return them and receive a refund. This Returns Policy (the “Returns Policy”) explains when and how you may return a Product if you change your mind or if there is an issue with the Product, and what we can do in response. The Returns Policy forms part of the General Terms & Conditions and the defined terms in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning here. Please read this Returns Policy carefully, along with the General Terms and Conditions, before ordering a Product.
Please note, all deliveries include commercial invoices in Euro that detail item values and any discounts. We’ll ship your items to the address you provided when ordering.
2.1 You may change your mind and cancel the contract entered into with us for any reason, provided this is done after placing your order on our Website, and no later than 14 calendar days after you, or a person designated by you (other than the courier), receives the Products.
2.2 If your order includes multiple Products delivered separately, or is split into several shipments, you may change your mind at any time up to 14 calendar days after the last Product or shipment has been delivered to you or your designated recipient (other than the courier). You do not need to provide a reason for returning the Products, provided you notify us within the timeframes set out in clauses 2.1 or 2.2. See clause 4 below, “How to Return an Order,” for more information on how to return items.
You may not withdraw or return Products if:
a) they were made to your specifications, instructions, or designs, or were hardware customised for you.
b) they were sealed and cannot be returned for security reasons once unsealed following delivery.
c) they have been irreversibly mixed with other items after delivery.
d) they were purchased for business, professional or trade use (i.e., not as a consumer or user, as defined under Spanish law)
e) Payments with any Cryptocurrency can’t be refunded. Contact our team for an solution.
Once the 14-day legal withdrawal period has passed, under Legends’ commercial policy, you may still return the order without giving a reason, provided you notify us within 31 calendar days of the last Product or shipment having been delivered to you or your designated recipient (other than the courier).
This additional right is subject to the conditions outlined in the rest of this Returns Policy, particularly clause 6.1(c).
- The product should be in its original, unused condition, as much as possible.
- If possible, the product should come with undamaged packaging, all accessories, and any unread manuals.
3.1 Licenses
If a license has been activated on the device upon request, it cannot be undone or refunded. The purchase price will be deducted from the returned device or product.
3.2 Don’t meet the rules?
If you think you don’t meet the rules, we have options. We will check your product when it arrives and see what we can offer. Please note, we may lower the refund if there are clear signs of use beyond normal checking. The reduction will be decided individually. You can choose the best option for you and what to do with your product.
If you wish to return an order, please let us know by:
a) Completing the returns form at the end of this Returns Policy or emailing it to the address provided in the “Contact Us” section of the Legal information.
b) Filling in the online returns form which can be found in the Shipping & Returns section, or at the link provided in your confirmation email.
c) Contacting us by email or phone using the details provided in paragraph 3 of the “Contact Us” section (paragraph 3) of the Terms to notify us of your wish to return the order.
As per Article 108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and related laws, covering the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. You may use a return method of your choice, or one we may offer for your convenience.
When exercising your rights under clauses 2 or 3 as above, please let us know whether you prefer to use our proposed return method or your own.
If you opt for our method, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label (see clause 5.3), and the cost of this will be deducted from your refund (see clauses 5.3(b), (c), and 6.1).
As stated in the General Terms and Conditions, we cannot accept returns for purchases made from the following countries:
- Bhutan
- North Korea
- Cuba
- Iran
- Niue
- Nauru
- São Tomé and Príncipe
- Somalia
- Sudan
- South Sudan
5.1 Should you choose to exercise your legal or contractual right of withdrawal or any other right under the Terms, you must return the Products without undue delay, and no later than 30 calendar days after notifying us of your intention to return them. The Products do not need to be received by us within this 30-day timeframe, provided they are sent before the deadline.
5.2 To return the Product:
Please use the original packaging, box, or envelope. If unavailable, use secure packaging that protects the Products in the same way as the original. We recommend avoiding packaging that incurs additional shipping costs, especially if using our prepaid return label.

5.3 We will provide a prepaid shipping label if:
a) The Products are defective, do not match the description, or are unsuitable for their intended purpose and cannot be repaired or replaced in a reasonable timeframe.
b) You exercise your legal right of withdrawal as per clause 2. In this case, the cost of the prepaid shipping will be deducted from your refund, as per clause 6.
c) You exercise your additional return right as per clause 3. In this case, the cost of the prepaid shipping will also be deducted from your refund.
d) We have notified you of a forthcoming change to the Product or the Terms.
Please note that Products ordered from our Website cannot be returned at physical stores, events, or retail locations operated by us.
If you choose to arrange the return yourself, send the Products in their original (or similarly protective) packaging to: Pladinum, Dept. Return, Avenida de Manolete, 3a, local, 29660 Nueva Andalucia, Marbella, Malaga, Spain.
6.1 a) If you are returning Products due to defects or a change we informed you about, you are entitled to a full or partial refund of the purchase price, original shipping costs (standard or lowest-cost delivery option), and return shipping costs (if you did not use our prepaid label).
6.1. b) If you withdraw within the legal timeframe according to clause 2, you are entitled to a refund of the Product price and the original shipping costs (standard or lowest-cost option). The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you used our prepaid label. For returns from outside the EU, any applicable customs duties or taxes legally chargeable to you may also be deducted from the refund, with prior notice in a clear and justified manner.
6.1. c) If you exercise your additional return right following expiry of the legal withdrawal period, as set out in clause 3 above, you have the right to a refund of the price paid for the Product minus the amount of (i) the original delivery cost you paid, (ii) the return shipping cost if using our prepaid label, and (iii) any customs duties or taxes resulting from the return.
6.2 If you opted to return the Products using one of the methods offered by us, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days of being notified of your decision to exercise your withdrawal right or additional return right, according to clause 2 or 3 above.
6.3 If you returned the Products using your own method, we may wait to receive the items prior to processing the refund.
6.4 No refund will be issued if the returned Product does not match the order or was not purchased through our Website. In such cases, we may return the item to you at your expense.
6.5 Should you choose to exercise your rights to return the Product once it has been delivered to you, you will be liable for any lost value resulting from improper or excessive use. We consider damage due to improper or excessive use anything that results from the manipulation of the Products beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, features, and functions (such as what would normally be expected in a store). We maintain the right to deduct any lost value due to damages from your refund.
6.6 If you chose express delivery at the time of ordering, we will not refund the additional difference on top of our standard delivery fee when we have agreed to bear the costs of a prepaid return label.
6.7 Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless explicitly agreed otherwise. We will not charge any fees for processing the refund.
6.8 Size exchanges are not permitted. If you wish to order a different size, you must exercise your right to withdrawal or additional return within a period of 30-calendar days from receipt of the product, complete the returns process and place a new order for the desired size.
Returned Products must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Custom or made-to-order Products cannot be returned.
