    A Cryptvice secure router is designed to protect all internet traffic beyond your device—whether you are traveling, working remotely, at home, or in a professional environment. It acts as a secure gateway between your devices and the internet, ensuring that laptops, smartphones, and tablets connect through an encrypted and privacy-focused network.

    Depending on the model, Cryptvice routers support connectivity via LTE/4G, 5G, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and USB tethering. Devices can connect through Wi-Fi or wired connections without requiring additional software installation. This allows you to secure multiple devices simultaneously using a single, centrally configured router.

    Enhanced security compared to standard routers

    Unlike consumer-grade routers, Cryptvice routers are configured with privacy and security as the primary objective. They provide greater control over how network traffic is handled, while maintaining a straightforward and user-friendly setup. Each router is prepared to minimize data exposure and reduce reliance on default ISP or public network configurations.

    Device identifier randomization (model-specific)

    For supported models, Cryptvice routers offer device identifier randomization, which can help reduce tracking at the network level. This includes the ability to randomize identifiers such as IMEI, MAC address, and BSSID, depending on the hardware.

    This feature is designed to mitigate certain forms of device identification and tracking, including risks associated with rogue base stations.

    Note: IMEI modification is supported only on the E750V2 and E5800 router models.

    DNS encryption

    To further enhance network security, all Cryptvice routers are configured with DNS over TLS (DoT). This prevents third parties from intercepting or manipulating DNS requests, protecting users against certain man-in-the-middle attacks and improving overall privacy when resolving internet addresses.
