Shipping information

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00–19:00 (CET).
Orders placed after 7:00 p.m., on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next working day.

If the product is in stock, it is usually dispatched the same or next working day. During high-demand periods or promotions, processing times may be longer.

Important:
Delivery times start after dispatch, not at the time of order. All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier conditions or external factors.

Shipping confirmation & tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • A direct link to the courier’s tracking page

If there are any delivery or customs delays, either the courier or Cryptvice will notify you.

Delivery inspection

Please inspect your package upon delivery before signing:

  • If the package appears damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery or report it to the courier immediately.
  • If delivery is accepted without noting damage, we may be unable to process claims later.

Incorrect delivery details, missed deliveries, or refused shipments due to customer error may result in additional shipping or customs costs being charged to the recipient.

If a WhatsApp, Signal, or Telegram number is provided in the order, we send our clients pictures of the original packages, both inside and outside, to check the delivery status.

Import duties & customs

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges:

  • Are not included in the product or shipping price
  • Are the responsibility of the recipient
  • May cause delivery delays due to customs clearance

We recommend checking with your local customs authority for details before ordering.

Returns & refunds

Your right to return

If you change your mind, you may return your order in accordance with the terms below.

This Returns Policy applies only to purchases made directly through cryptvice.com and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Legal right of withdrawal (EU customers)

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

For split or multi-item deliveries, the withdrawal period starts from the day the last item is received.

Additional return period

Beyond the legal withdrawal period, Cryptvice offers an additional voluntary return period of up to 31 days from delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include all accessories and packaging where possible
Returns not accepted

Returns cannot be accepted if:

  • The product was custom-made or hardware-modified for you
  • Security seals were broken on products that cannot be resold for safety reasons
  • A software or device license was activated at your request
  • The product was purchased for business or professional use
  • The product was paid for using cryptocurrency (refunds handled case-by-case via alternative solutions)
How to return an order

To request a return, you may:

  • Complete the online return form
  • Contact our support team by email or phone

Return requests must be submitted before sending the product back.

Returned items must be shipped within 30 calendar days of notifying us.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • The product is defective or incorrect
  • We notified you of a product or terms change

If applicable, we may provide a prepaid return label. When used, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
  • Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after return approval or receipt of goods
  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise
  • Express shipping upgrades are non-refundable
  • Any loss in value due to excessive use or damage may be deducted

Customs duties or taxes incurred on international returns may also be deducted where legally applicable.

Final notes
  • Products must be returned in resalable condition
  • Returns are not accepted for restricted destinations due to legal or regulatory limitations
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products not purchased through our website
