Digital order records

  • Order details kept for 30 days to support our return policy
  • After 30 days, digital records are permanently deleted
  • No order history stored beyond this period

Paper administration

  • Paper invoices retained for tax purposes only
  • No IMEI numbers or device identifiers on invoices
  • Customer data never linked to specific devices

Warranty records

  • Only the last 5 digits of device ID stored for warranty support
  • Kept in a separate, encrypted local database
  • Format: "Invoice date + Device ***49868"
  • Never linked to personal data

What we never store

  • Full IMEI or serial numbers linked to customers
  • Browsing history or tracking data
  • Payment details (handled by payment providers)
  • Unnecessary personal information

Standard delivery

  • Ship to your home or business address
  • Full order details for best support and assistance
  • Business customers can provide company details for tax-exempt orders
  • Recommended for customers who want full after-sales support

Access Point pickup

  • Ship to a DHL or UPS Access Point near you
  • No home or business address required
  • Enter any name for pickup
  • Select location based on your postcode at checkout
  • Receive shipping details via email or secure channel to collect your order

Maximum privacy delivery

  • Access Point pickup + discreet packaging
  • No identifying marks on outer box
  • Original device box sealed inside with tamper-evident stickers
  • Verify seal integrity when you receive the package
  • Request photos of your device and packaging before we ship
  • Review setup details and verify everything is correct
  • Compare package at delivery to confirm nothing was altered in transit
  • Plain outer box — no branding or product information visible
  • Device packed inside original box with Cryptvice seal stickers
  • Check seal on arrival to confirm package wasn't opened during shipping
  • By default, login credentials are included inside the package
  • Optional: receive login details digitally via Signal or encrypted email after delivery confirmation
  • Ensures credentials never travel with the device

All payment details handled by third-party processors — we never see or store your full card number.
